This repository contains standalone R scripts used to reproduce the analytical outputs and supplementary tables for the manuscript Navigating the complexity of High Arctic ponds: experimental effects of geese on aquatic functioning and ecosystem stoichiometry.  The repository covers phytoplankton, zooplankton, periphyton, stoichiometry, and physicochemical analyses.

A README and repository_data_support files detail the dataset structure and folder contents.
