Operational Conditions for Selection Systems: OC-1 to OC-10 as Implementation-Level Necessities in D-Architecture
Description
This note presents the Operational Conditions (OC-1 to OC-10) of D-Architecture as implementation-level necessities for selection systems. Starting from the minimal maintenance invariant I_min, it shows that approximate option-space judgment, error-aware threshold detection, restoration cost accounting, temporal slowing, distributed judgment, representational commitment, externalized verification, self-closure prohibition, illusion guards, and Core-violation signals are operationally required if a selection system is not to undermine its own structural openness. The note builds on Core (D0-D23) and Structural Consequences (SC-1 to SC-9) as already established in the companion reductio derivation.
