Code and derived summary data for: Prior marine heatwave exposure is associated with higher rapid intensification probability in western North Pacific typhoons

This archive contains the surface-analysis code, saved plot-input files, derived storm-level summary data, and frozen intermediate inputs used in the manuscript “Prior marine heatwave exposure is associated with higher rapid intensification probability in western North Pacific typhoons.” The package corresponds to the current surface-based submission version and supports the reported storm-level analyses, figure inputs, and supporting-information summaries based on NOAA OISST v2.1, GHRSST MUR v4.1, and Digital Typhoon. Public source datasets remain available from their original providers. Depth-resolved upper-ocean reanalysis files and related derived products are not included in this version of the archive.
