Description
Companion preprint to USPTO provisional patent application. Applies a 12-step computational pipeline to GSE161470 (Hu et al., human left ventricular scRNA-seq, 9,803 cells, DCM vs. normal). Reports cell-type-resolved differential expression, ChEMBL bioactivity screening (17,793 candidates), and PubChem novelty filtering identifying LESTAURTINIB, R-406, FORETINIB, CERDULATINIB, DASATINIB, and CHEMBL5653589 as novel repurposing candidates targeting the CSF1R/SYK macrophage inflammatory axis and cytoskeletal remodeling pathways.
