Abstract (English)

Algeria is witnessing significant legal transformations within the framework known as the 'New Algeria,' where comprehensive modifications have been made to its legal system to align it with new economic and social changes. Among these changes, Law No. 22-09, which introduces a new form of companies termed "Simple Participatory Company," has been issued.

This new type is considered a significant step towards supporting startups and entrepreneurship in the country, particularly within the context of the "knowledge economy." The new laws have been applied to this category of companies as well as to traditional company types. This reflects a direction aimed at supporting corporate governance principles and investment recycling within the Algerian business environment. It's worth noting that this new type of company does not require a minimum capital or a specific number of partners, enhancing its flexibility and making it an intriguing option for those interested in initiating their own projects and developing businesses within the Algerian market.

تشهد الجزائر تحولات قانونية هامة تأتي في إطار ما يُعرف بالجزائر الجديدة، حيث تم تعديل النظام القانوني بشكل شامل لمواءمته مع التغيرات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية الجديدة. من ضمن هذه التغييرات، تم إصدار القانون التجاري رقم 22-09 الذي يتضمن شكلاً جديداً من الشركات، وهو "شركة المساهمة البسيطة".

 هذا النوع الجديد يُعتبر خطوة هامة نحو دعم المشاريع الناشئة وريادة الأعمال في البلاد، خاصةً في سياق "اقتصاد المعرفة"، وقد تم تطبيق القوانين الجديدة على هذا النوع من الشركات وأيضاً على أنواع الشركات التقليدية، مما يعكس توجُّهًا لدعم مبادئ حوكمة الشركات وإعادة تدوير الاستثمار في بيئة الأعمال الجزائرية، والجدير بالذكر أن هذا النوع الجديد من الشركات لا يتطلب حدًا أدنى لرأس المال أو عدد محدد من الشركاء، مما يُعزز من مرونته ويُجعله خيارًا مثيرًا للاهتمام لراغبي البدء في مشاريعهم الخاصة وتطوير الأعمال في الساحة الجزائرية.
