A clinical-grade automated platform for the manufacturing of CAR-γδ T cells for immunotherapy
Description
Comparative analysis of Vg9Vd2 TCR clonotype repertoires between day 0 and day 14 of expansion using a CliniMACS Prodigy bioreactor. The expansion and activation used Zoledronate, IL-2 and IL-15. The clonotypes demonstrated a dynamic restructuring, consistent with the selective expansion of clonotypes responsive to the culture conditions
