The BSE Economic Clock: Interactive Tool, Data Archive, and Working Papers
Authors/Creators
Description
This record contains all data, analysis, and tools supporting The Hidden Clock: A Physical Pacemaker for Juglar, Kuznets, and Kondratiev Cycles (Khan, 2026).
The deposit includes US Real GDP data (1841–2013), UK Real GDP data (1841–2013), Human Activity Audit, phase-window analysis results, boundary audit tables, era conformance data, near-term and 43-year forecast series, and an interactive BSE Economic Clock providing year-by-year Systemic Growth Pressure (SGP) Vector queries across the full 1841–2079 range.
The paper demonstrates that the three classical long-wave economic cycles — the Juglar (~10 years), the Kuznets swing (~20 years), and the Kondratiev wave (~40–60 years) — are the economic expressions of a single nested harmonic structure in the solar polar field reversal cycle, operating at fixed periods of 10.75, 21.5, and 43 years. Validation against 172 years of US GDP data yields 100% phase-direction alignment across eight complete Hale cycles, 93.5% boundary conformance across 31 turning points, and a stable transmission constant of Tβ = 0.88 years across pre-industrial, industrial, and modern eras.
Intended for economists, economic historians, long-wave researchers, and practitioners working with business cycle theory or capital allocation frameworks.
