Description
This article provides information on the ways of providing corrective and developmental education based on the legal and normative bases of social protection of children in need of special assistance regarding the need for the activity of a resource teacher, a school-based teacher, to educate children with special needs in general education settings, guarantees of the rights of people with disabilities, ensuring that the state takes into account the needs of people with disabilities for social assistance and protective measures based on an assessment of their limited life activities, implementing programs for the rehabilitation and social protection of people with disabilities in the types provided for by law, creating conditions for the integration of people with disabilities into society, and taking necessary measures to protect people with disabilities from all forms of discrimination.
