Description

These data represent the extracted Staphylococcal Cassette Chromosome elements obtained from S. aureus complete genomes, 5,295 non-aureus genomes and 548 Mammaliicoccus genomes, using the bioinformatics tool SCCmecExtractor.  These data are described in the associated publication.
