Root Cause Analysis via 1m to 10M in Pharmaceutical Industry for Implementation of Effective Corrective and Preventive Action

Root cause analysis (RCA) is a structured method for identifying the underlying causes of incidents, deviations, and errors. RCA helps distinguish direct causes, indirect causes, and contributing factors so that effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) can be implemented.
