Python scripts to reproduce figures and analyses for the research paper "Re-examination of TEC anomalies in the ionosphere before large earthquakes"

Python scripts to reproduce figures and analyses in the manuscript entitled "Re-examination of TEC anomalies in the ionosphere before large earthquakes". This repository contains preprocessing scripts and TEC data used in the analysis, along with scripts for reproducing Figures 1, 2, 3, 7, and 9 in the manuscript. Other figures can be reproduced by adapting the provided scripts and using the corresponding raw data. Satellite orbit data (SP3 files) were obtained from the NASA CDDIS GNSS data archive (International GNSS Service products): https://cddis.nasa.gov/archive/gnss/products/ The SP3 satellite orbit files used in the analysis are also included in this repository.
