Version 3 (2026-03-31): New evidence of the RNA repair mechanism with quantified error-correction rates.

This dataset provides evidence of bidirectional base mutations mediated by ADAR and APOBEC, challenging the conventional view of unidirectional editing.

Intriguingly, the raw data reveal that APOBEC-mediated mutations predominantly result in synonymous changes, rather than protein truncation via premature stop codons.
