Description
This study aims to determine the influence of workload and job stress on employee performance at the Sibolga City Civil Service Police Unit. The research employs a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, involving 44 respondents. The results show a strong relationship between workload and performance (0.704) and between job stress and performance (0.641). The coefficient of determination ($R^2$) is 0.620, indicating that 62% of the variation in employee performance is determined by workload and job stress simultaneously, while the remaining 38% is influenced by other factors. Both T-test and F-test results confirm that workload and job stress, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant positive effect on employee performance.
