This thesis analyzes the issues of labor resource management in the poultry industry. Strategies for effective workforce allocation, increasing labor productivity, and implementing modern management systems in production processes are highlighted. The thesis proposes ways to enhance production efficiency through workforce skill development, motivation mechanisms, and the use of digital monitoring tools. The research results are practically significant for forming a stable workforce system and improving production efficiency in the poultry sector.
