Disease-Type-Aware Biological Intelligence Layers for Preventing Symptom Marker False Positives in Computational Drug Target Identification
Description
Three-layer biological intelligence system: disease-type-aware target classifier (9 gene families, 119+ genes, 6-step pipeline), tissue expression boolean gate (Human Protein Atlas), and known-target validator. Prevents symptom markers (GABA receptors, ion channels, inflammatory cytokines) from being promoted as drug targets in infectious diseases while preserving them for autoimmune/neurodegenerative contexts. Mean F₁ = 0.474, zero false positives across 7 diseases.
