ECO-ID Supplementary v1.0.0 Latest Updated release with the addition of Supplementary Table S5.csv. This release contains all supplementary materials for the manuscript:
"ECO-ID: An AI-driven approach for error-correction and ID conversion in multi-omics"
It includes:
Benchmarking scripts comparing ECO-ID performance against DAVID, bioDBnet, g:Profiler, MetaboAnalyst, and CTS Scripts for batch ID retrieval from major biological and chemical databases (NCBI, UniProt, PubChem, ChEMBL, etc.) Test datasets with intentional errors (Supplementary Tables S1–S4) and the corresponding ECO-ID correction results Raw benchmarking results and comparative analyses These materials demonstrate ECO-ID's high accuracy (92–96%) in resolving and converting identifiers across multi-omics domains.
