Spatiotemporal Distribution Dataset of Photovoltaic Power in China's Tidal Flats, 2010-2024

Using a novel tidal flat PV detection methodology TFPV-Net based on the improved Swin Transformer network established methodology, and long-term satellite data, the spatiotemporal distribution patterns of China's tidal flat PV installations were characterized. We have constructed a dataset of China's tidal flat photovoltaic projects from 2010 to 2024, which comprehensively documents the development of China's tidal flat PV industry from its initial emergence, through a period of gradual growth, to a phase of rapid expansion.
