This paper is an early conceptual sketch (March 2026) of an Arithmetic Theory of Everything (AToE). It is intentionally structural and does not contain numerical predictions or completed proofs. The points outlined here have since been further developed, refined, or in some cases replaced in a subsequent series of works.
