Dataset to: Advanced methods of evaluation of male ejaculate and human sperm separation techniques

This dataset contains detailed semen analysis results from 107 male patients evaluated as part of the project “Advanced methods of evaluation of male ejaculate and human sperm separation techniques”. The dataset includes native semen parameters (volume, sperm concentration, total sperm count, motility, morphology, DNA fragmentation index) and post‑processing quality metrics obtained after three different sperm preparation approaches: Swim‑up, Fertile Plus (Microfluidic sperm sorter - Zymot) and CA0 (microfluidic sperm sorter - LENSHOOKE). Each row represents one ejaculate and reports both pre‑ and post‑separation values, together with an overall clinical classification (normozoospermia, oligozoospermia, asthenozoospermia, teratozoospermia, and combined forms). All data have been anonymized, with patients represented only by sequential IDs and with no direct identifiers or detailed demography included.
