This how-to tutorial introduces the creation of reproducible analysis documents in R using R Markdown, covering document formatting, the integration of code and narrative text, and the export of documents to multiple formats including HTML, PDF, and Word. It is aimed at researchers in linguistics and the humanities who want to document their analyses in a transparent and reproducible way. This tutorial is part of the Language Technology and Data Analysis Laboratory (LADAL), a free, open-access research infrastructure at the University of Queensland. LADAL provides tutorials, tools, and courses for researchers working with language data.
