EXPERIMENTAL DETERMINATION AND ANALYSIS OF THE DEFORMATION MODULUS OF SOILS

This article examines the issue of experimental determination of the deformation modulus of soils. The deformation properties of soil foundations are important in the design of foundations of building structures. During the study, the compression properties of soil were studied based on laboratory tests and methods for determining the deformation modulus were analyzed. The results obtained are of great importance in assessing the mechanical properties of soil foundations and calculating foundation settlement.
