While respiratory and cardiac complications have received substantial clinical attention, the neurological and psychiatric sequelae remain inadequately characterized at a global scale. This study consolidates epidemiological data from 2021-2024 spanning multiple countries and regions to establish a comprehensive prevalence map of neurological and psychiatric symptoms in Long COVID populations. A systematic review of published prevalence studies and open datasets identified consistent symptom patterns across geographically diverse cohorts.
