This publication presents the prospective protocol for a systematic review and interventional meta-analysis examining the effect of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) treatment on retinal and choroidal structural and microvascular parameters measured by optical coherence tomography (OCT) and OCT angiography (OCT-A). The protocol follows PRISMA 2020 guidelines. The statistical framework includes restricted maximum likelihood (REML) random-effects models, Hedges' g as the standardized mean change (SMCC), TOST equivalence testing, continuous meta-regression, and subgroup analyses.
