OpenCV - Python Tutorials - Notebooks and sample data for Python 3

The bundle contains the Jupiter notebooks corresponding to the pages of the well known OpenCV-Python Tutorials

where we have taken care of ensuring that (mostly) the examples are in working order correcting minor problems that appear when trying to run the tutorial in a Python 3 environment. (Still not 100%) The result is a collection of notebooks that may be used for teaching purposes in a smooth flow. Each notebook has the URL of the corresponding tutorial page, so that it is possible to seamlessly navigate both notebook and pages to read background information and explanations. First version contains close to 70% of the tutorial pages, and will be updated soon to the full extent of the tutorial, and maybe more... I am actually using these notebooks in conventional coursework.

The work has been also done in the framework of CybSPEED project granted by the H2020 MSCA-RISE 2017 call with number 777720.
