ScienceUs - Data Management Plan Template - Citizen Science Project

This Data Management Plan (DMP) is a reference model designed and developed within the framework of the ScienceUs project (Grant Agreement Horizon Widera No. 101132113), based on the initial template provided by the European Union for Horizon Europe projects. This model, conceived as a living document, is specifically structured to be applicable and adaptable to any type of citizen science and participatory research project, regardless of the scientific domain or discipline. This DMP proposed comments and example to help any type of citizen or participatory scinece project data manager.

ScienceUs aims to create an EU-wide network of interconnected citizen science projects, specifically targeting challenges related to "adaptation to climate change" to maximize research impact. The project implements a combined support program of direct funding and specialized services to upscale high-potential citizen science initiatives across different European regions. By integrating communication and knowledge transfer, it engages actors from the quadruple helix to foster societal trust and long-term sustainability in citizen science networks
