Data and code for NAFL vs NASH machine learning study

This dataset includes processed expression matrices and code used for machine learning model construction in the study.

Files included:
- merge.normalize.txt: normalized gene expression matrix
- interFeatureGenes.txt: selected key genes
- code.txt: code for artificial neural network model construction
