D2.3 –Training Program for Living Labs
Description
The EVOLVE2CARE project aims to strengthen HealthTech innovation in transitional care by connecting Living Labs, innovators, and researchers across Europe and fostering harmonized experimentation. To support this mission, the Training Program on Service Design for Living Labs, which is described in this deliverable, was developed to equip Living Lab managers and coordinators, researchers, early-stage innovators, teams establishing new Living Labs, technology transfer professionals, and policymakers within the HealthTech sector with the practical skills, tools, and methodologies needed to strengthen their operations and enhance the services they provide to innovators from lab to market. The Training Programme was delivered online through six sessions between 24 June and 25 September 2025, and it was later added in the ENoLL Living Labbers Academy on 25th October 2025 to allow those who could not attend the live sessions to access the content asynchronously.
D2.3 – Training Program for Living Labs highlights three key outcomes of the Training Programme. First, participants reported increased confidence in applying service design principles within their Living Labs, demonstrating that the training effectively built practical skills and actionable capacity. Second, the availability of recorded sessions and participation certificates through the ENoLL Living Labbers Academy extended the programme’s reach, enabling asynchronous learning and providing formal recognition of engagement, which adds tangible value for participants. Third, the training emphasized the ongoing need for initiatives that bridge the gap between pilot creation and market deployment, underlining the importance of continued support for Living Labs to translate experimentation into sustainable impact.
