Xenium of Lactate Transporter Inhibition in Mouse Lung Fibrosis

Description

An R package that provides processed Xenium spatial transcriptomics data from a bleomycin mouse model of pulmonary fibrosis treated with the MCT1 inhibitor AZD3965 or the MCT4 inhibitor VB124. Eight lung tissue sections were profiled across four experimental conditions: uninjured controls, bleomycin vehicle, bleomycin + AZD3965, and bleomycin + VB124. Data are provided as a fully annotated Seurat object with cell type labels derived from the Human Lung Cell Atlas via SingleR, along with supporting objects for spatial niche analysis, myofibroblast pseudobulk counts, and UMAP coordinates for all 1,561,700 cells. These data accompany the manuscript "Lactate transport inhibition therapeutically reprograms fibroblast metabolism in experimental pulmonary fibrosis".
