Anti-inflammatory profiles of spontaneously fermented oats
Authors/Creators
Description
This spreadsheet contains all of the raw bioactivity data for anti-inflammatory measurements of spontaneously fermented oat samples that were prepared using the MeOH extraction method. For sample analysis, the most accurate method of determing effect would be to compare to controls on the same plate. SEAP is measured as the average value of spectrum from 620-655nm step 5 captured by SpectraMax 360PC, where normalized SEAP values are min-max normalized to the negative control (min, LPS-) and positive control (max, LPS+). IFN is measured as individual RLU value captured by Tecan Evolution, where normalized IFN values are min-max normalized to the negative control (min, LPS-) and positive control (max, LPS+). Viability is measured as the individual value captured at 450nm by SpectraMax360PC, where normalized viability values are raw data normalized to the positive control.
The full data is in data. Metadata for oat samples is in oat_registry.
