Description

This study examines the role of effective human resource management in improving organizational performance. Particular attention is given to modern methods of employee performance evaluation, personnel management practices, and the significance of intergroup relations within organizations. The research analyzes how systematic performance appraisal systems contribute to increasing employee motivation, productivity, and professional development. Furthermore, the study highlights the importance of strategic personnel management, including recruitment, training, and career development, in forming a competent and efficient workforce. Special emphasis is placed on the role of constructive intergroup relations, which promote cooperation, effective communication, and knowledge sharing among employees.
