The DOI provided corresponds to the concept DOI and always resolves to the most recent version of the dataset that contains the full data and code release for “Systematic Detection of Oxford Nanopore Adapter and Barcode Contamination in GenBank”. It includes the non-redundant catalogue of 229 ONT adapter/barcode sequences, filtered BLAST hit tables, accession-level annotations, and summary presence matrices, together with scripts to reproduce all analyses and generate the consolidated Excel outputs.
