• Structure generation: construct quasi-1D structures from symmetry specifications (point group generators + generalized translation group), or by chiral rolling of MoS₂-type layered materials
• Symmetry detection: identify axial point groups and cyclic groups (generalized translational groups) from POSCAR input
• Irreducible representations: compute character tables and irreps matrices at arbitrary q-points along the 1D Brillouin zone
• Force constant correction: enforce Born–Huang rotational sum rules on Phonopy force constants for 0D/1D/2D systems, with optional phonon spectrum visualization
