Self-Interacting Dark Matter via a Secluded Scalar Mediator: Majorana Fermion with Velocity-Dependent Cross Sections. A complete numerical pipeline for computing velocity-dependent transfer cross sections using the Variable Phase Method (VPM), solving the Boltzmann equation for relic density, and fitting the model to astrophysical observations.
