Description

Users are advised to unzip the folders BBN_OUTPUTS and INPUT_NODES only at the top level. The compressed (.zip) files contained within these directories should not be extracted.

The analytical workflow implemented in the linked GitLab repository is designed to ingest outputs produced by gBay in their original compressed format. Keeping this structure ensures compatibility with the scripts and reproducibility of the results.

Unzipping the internal files may result in them appearing empty or becoming unreadable within the workflow, which can lead to processing errors or incomplete outputs.
