Description
In the following a short explanation of what the different folders contain.
#-----------------------
/figures:
#-----------------------
- TEM/STEM images taken as .png and the original .emd file, sorted according to the figure in the corresponding paper (Fig) and supplementary data (Fig_S).
#-----------------------
/pulse_data:
#-----------------------
- pulse_04-pulse_07.npy, are raw data measured with the Tektronix MSO 44 digital oscilloscope, saved as NumPy (.npy) arrays of floating-point samples. The data can be loaded as follows:
import numpy as np
load_array = np.load(path)
time_value = load_array[:, 0]
volt_value_ch1 = load_array[:, 1]
volt_value_ch2 = load_array[:, 2]
- pulse_09-15.csv are experimental logfiles, exported from AXON Studio in the comma separated value (.csv) text format.
#-----------------------
/video_data:
#-----------------------
/pulse_01-08/cut_mrc
- recorded videos as .mrc files (can be opened with imageJ with the Bio-Formats plugin installed), cut to the frames where the pulse is applied.
/pulse_01-08/org
- original STEM HAADF files (.emd) except for pulse_05 high speed TEM video (.mrc)
/pulse_09-15_axon/2024-06-07-093223-Fusion-pulse_09-11
- AXON Studio database folder for recordings of pulse_09-11, can be opened with the free software AXON Studio
/pulse_09-15_axon/2024-06-10-104947-Fusion-pulse_12-15
