Description

Figure 2 Phylogenetic relationships among Caridina species. The tree was constructed using Bayesian inference on concatenated mitochondrial (COI and 16S rDNA) and nuclear (H3) data. The posterior probabilities for the nodes are shown as circles: black = 1 and grey > 0.95. Maximum-likelihood analyses recovered the same topology with high node support.
