Dataset for: Long-Term Outcomes Associated With Posterior Fossa Syndrome in Survivors of Childhood Medulloblastoma

The cmsout.csv dataset contains data from the St. Jude Lifetime Cohort Study (SJLIFE), including long-term survivors of childhood medulloblastoma treated at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital between 1985 and 2012. Survivors undergo comprehensive clinical and neurocognitive evaluations every five years, along with assessments of physical function and questionnaires on sociodemographic and health characteristics. Eligible participants were diagnosed at age 3 years or older and completed at least one on-campus evaluation; younger patients were excluded due to differing treatment protocols. Posterior fossa syndrome was identified through physician documentation, and individuals with unrelated neurologic conditions were excluded. Treatment information was obtained from medical records. Among eligible survivors, 158 completed an evaluation before April 30, 2020, and were included in the analysis.
