The nonlocal temperature of nonlocal energy

Description
The Friedmann equation is derived from the nonlocal energy density of the graviational field of ordinary matter in the maximal symmetry of the conformal FLRW frame g/a(t)^2. CMB temperature can be related to this nonlocal energy density.
