Description

This page serves as a repository for the data and code used for the analyses in the paper titled: Quantifying Sleep Wake Rhythms in the Hospital Environment with Digital Technologies now published in npj Digital Medicine (https://www.nature.com/articles/s41746-026-02639-w)

Dates in the dataset have been shifted by random intervals for each patient maintaining seasonality and the time of day. The shifts are consistent for each patient across each dataset.

The html file named "Hospital Chronobiome Codebook" contains all the code used.
