MS2Query 2 reference library

All the files needed to run MS2Query 2 (the first prototype version). The library files are created from the spectra available here: https://zenodo.org/records/16882111 Which contains MSnLib spectra and matchms spectra cleaned using matchms (see the zenodo link).
