D5.2 SPOON Monitoring toolkit

The SPOON Monitoring Toolkit complements the D5.1 SPOON Evaluation framework with templates and monitoring methods to ensure streamlined implementation of data collection and monitoring activities.
It is a practical reference for all SPOON partners on how to ensure smooth and effective monitoring and evaluation, including baseline evaluation, and specific activities for CSL iterations, also providing a foundation for formative evaluation and final evaluation.
