Description

This dataset contains finite-element meshes of five subject-specific four-chamber human heart models reconstructed from cine magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). The meshes were generated as part of a study investigating cohort-level electromechanical behaviour and global sensitivity analysis in healthy subjects.

Each model includes anatomically detailed representations of the left and right ventricles, left and right atria, and major vessels. The geometries were segmented using a hybrid deep-learning and semi-manual pipeline, followed by surface processing and tetrahedral meshing. Blood pool regions were excluded, and the meshes represent myocardial and relevant structural domains used for electromechanical simulations.

Meshes are provided in VTK format and are compatible with standard visualisation and simulation tools (e.g., ParaView, CARPentry). The dataset includes five individual cases corresponding to the subjects analysed in the associated study
