Description

Record I — The Three Formulas of the Law of Equalization (v2.1)

Part I of the Foundations Series of the Law of Equalization (LoE). This paper presents the complete formal architecture of the LoE: the Energy Formula (E = ρ · V · S · k) as the inventory of a system's self-energy, the Equalization Formula (Φ = ΔE / M) as the resting dynamics, and the Motion Formula as triggered energy redistribution — one principle in three states, governed by a single parameter: the trigger against the structural limit S·k. Version 2.1 anchors S and k in the periodic table, identifies S·k as the material-specific counterpart of c², and documents the scaling law "thinner = stronger", which was formulated in the LoE before its experimental confirmation (PNAS, June 2026). The paper closes with the application of the formulas as a forecasting instrument (seismics, material design, societal systems).
