Description
The data presented herein were collected under the auspices of the project no. 2021/41/B/HS5/02899, funded by the National Science Centre, Poland. Data collection involved semi-structured interviews conducted in Poland and Finland. All information provided in the file refers to the data based on transcriptions of the interviews in the Maxquda. All interviews were systematically recorded, transcribed, and subjected to thematic analysis. The data were categorized using key themes.
