This published journal article examines the effectiveness of biological skills among Jordanian women and their relationship to leadership preparation and development, within the framework of women’s leadership.
Using the CEPIC-HERO scale developed by the author, the study adopts a descriptive-analytical approach to assess the activation of biological skills among women leaders in Jordan.
The findings indicate that the activation of biological skills ranged from moderate to very low levels, with flexibility being the most activated skill and hormone utilization being the least.
The study also found a statistically significant positive relationship between biological skills and leadership preparation and development, explaining 57% of the variance.
