Description

FIGURE 2. Maximum likelihood (ML) phylogeny of Ctenotus based on the mitochondrial Cytochrome B gene. The vertical grey bar denotes members of the Ctenotus labillardieri species group, which was non-monophyletic in the ML tree. Note the non-monophyly of Ctenotus catenifer (blue) and Ctenotus delli (red) samples. Support values at select internal nodes are given for Shimodaira–Hasegawa approximate likelihood ratio test replicates (SH-aLRT) and ultrafast bootstrap (UFBoot) test replicates, respectively (SH-aLRT / UFBoot).
