Distribution in the Philippines. Visayas (Leyte and Samar) and Mindanao (Misamis Occidental, Surigao del Norte, and Surigao del Sur) (Matsumoto 2008c, 2015, 2022).
Overall distribution. Endemic species to the Philippines.
