Type locality. “ Habitat in Afia. ”
Distribution in the Philippines. This species is found throughout the archipelago.
Overall distribution. This species is widespread in the Indo-Pacific region and is also found in the Palearctic, Australian, Neotropical, and Madagascan regions (Hao et al. 2022).
