تدوین شده است. در این بخش، بر ضرورت تأسیس سازمان‌های شیربچگی، پیشاهنگی و گارد جاویدان دانشجویی تأکید می‌شود و نقش این نهادها در تقویت ابعاد تربیتی، اجتماعی و هویتی نظام آموزشی مورد توجه قرار می‌گیرد. این سازمان‌ها به‌عنوان مکمل نظام آموزشی، در راستای پرورش مسئولیت‌پذیری، نظم، مهارت‌های جمعی و آمادگی شهروندی معرفی می‌شوند.

In this section, emphasis is placed on the necessity of establishing the Cub Scouts Organization, the Scouting Organization, and the Javidan Guard Student Organization, and the role of these institutions in strengthening the educational, social, and identity-building dimensions of the education system is examined. These organizations are introduced as complementary to the formal education system, aimed at fostering responsibility, discipline, collective skills, and civic readiness.
