This dataset contains the annotated plasmid sequences corresponding to the p2GUS modular prokaryotic expression system, including the final construct and precursor plasmids generated during stepwise development, for recombinant protein production with enhanced Ni-affinity purification. The dataset includes GenBank files, plasmid maps (PDF), feature tables, and a summary CSV for each plasmid to support reproducibility of cloning and expression procedures.
